Cancellations

Please tell us at least a day ahead if you cannot come, so someone else can have the time. We know orders and schedules change, so call us and we will find another time. A late cancellation may carry a fee, and you see it in writing before your first visit.

Clean needles and safety

We use sterile, single-use needles, open them in front of you and put them in a sharps container after one use. Your acupuncturist explains the risks before the first needle and answers every question. Needles can cause light bleeding, bruising or soreness and, rarely, more serious problems that your acupuncturist describes.

Access

Tell us what you need: a step-free way in, a lower table, a visit without scents, extra time or a different way to reach you. We plan the visit with you before you arrive.
